For those of you who suffer from nausea, may I suggest you try Twinings ginger tea?

I tried some a few weeks ago to help with nausea, and because the drugs I was on a time made normal tea taste foul.

Several weeks on my taste has returned to normal but the ginger tea remains on the menu because it does help that nausea, as well as being very refreshing.

Twinings do two versions - straight ginger, and ginger and lemon. I haven't tried the latter yet but the straight ginger is great (subtle overtones of licorice?)

I love ginger!!! I make my own ginger tea using fresh ginger root with a slice of lemon. It is great for nausea isn't it Paul and also a natural anti-inflammatory. Those on blood thinning meds should be very careful though because regular use of ginger thins the blood.

Best wishes
